GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. SELLER IDENTITY

ELITE PROJECTS MANAGEMENT, number B56768369, located at URB LAS BUGANVILLAS CALLE PAIS VASCO,

NUM 129610 OJÉN - (MALAGA)

It is represented in France by an independent agent (self-employed entrepreneur) acting

in the name and on behalf of the Seller.

The agent is not a party to the sales contract.

2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of cosmetic products online and in person.

3. SCOPE

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

They prevail over any other document.

4. ORDER AND EVIDENCE

The order is validated by payment and acceptance of these Terms (checkbox or signature).

Computer records constitute evidence (timestamps, logs, emails).

5. PRICES

Prices are stated in euros including taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. No shipment will be made without full payment.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery times are indicative. Risks are transferred to the carrier upon shipment.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable law.

EXCEPTION: opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

9. HYGIENE AND USE CLAUSE

Any opened, used or unsealed product cannot be returned.

The customer acknowledges using the products under their sole responsibility.

The Seller shall not be liable for any reaction resulting from misuse or individual incompatibility.

10. LIABILITY

Liability is limited to proven direct damages.

Any indirect damage is excluded.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of an unforeseeable event.

12. RETENTION OF TITLE

Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is protected.

14. PERSONAL DATA

Processing is compliant with the GDPR (see dedicated policy).

15. DISPUTES

Competent court: the jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered office or that of the consumer, depending on applicable law. Prior mediation is mandatory.
