Shipping & Delivery

Each order is prepared with the greatest care and shipped within 2 to 48 business hours.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our delivery partner, the carrier is responsible for transporting it to its final destination.

In the event of an exceptional shipping incident (loss, theft or damage), a review will be carried out so that an appropriate solution can be offered depending on the situation.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, parcel weight and selected delivery method.

Metropolitan France: delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point is free from €59 of purchases. Other delivery methods remain chargeable at the rate shown at checkout.

For international and French overseas deliveries, the applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout according to the destination and parcel weight.

During certain promotional events, temporary promotional shipping conditions may be offered. The conditions displayed at checkout prevail.

Some bulky products may be subject to specific shipping conditions due to their format and logistical constraints.
